A native of Boston , Yvonne Taylor comes from a musical family and has been singing almost all her life . What distinguishes Yvonne is her unique and beautiful voice, and her great natural musical talent. She has professionally performed live for years, and continues to enchant her audiences with her undeniable charisma. Having worked also as a professional model, Yvonne combines elegance and style, but with great rapport with her audiences . Ms. Taylor lived in Switzerland for several years, where she literally spellbound  her audiences and captured  their  hearts . A versatile artist who is comfortable in many musical styles (including jazz , blues, and R&B), Yvonne gave four successful Gospel – Negro Spiritual  tours in Europe, and has recorded and produced 4 CDs.

Critics have described her as "the Josephine Baker of Switzerland" and a "Diva of Blues," with "a voice and a personality to discover." Since returning to the USA, Ms. Taylor has performed regularly throughout the greater New York area. Recently she has taken some time off  from performing  to be with her family and  to care for her much-loved grandson .
